Salary: £23,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Benefits: On-site parking
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:45 – 17:30
Work Location: In Person / Ability to commute or relocate Fareham, PO16 7BQ
Supplement Pay Types: Bonus Scheme / Commission Pay / Performance bonus

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling SME’s to offer them our services
  • Selling the following products: business mobiles, business broadband & landline packages and VOIP & hosted solutions
  • Following scripts and qualifying customer needs
  • Handling objections
  • Building customer relationships
  • Hitting KPI’s and sales targets
  • Lead Generation
  • All telephone based communication with customers

The position we are hiring for will be an integral member of the team with a strong determination to exceed sales targets and progress their career within our internal stepladder. This person will play their part to help our team achieve its short and long term goals, and reap the benefits both professionally and financially. Ability to commute/relocate: Fareham, PO16 7BQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience: B2B sales: 2 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person


  •  NO cold calling
  • Pitching hot leads and maintaining a targeted closing conversion ratio
  • Offering customers telecommunications packages that can include mobiles, landlines, broadbands and VOIP systems
  • Inputting customer information into contracts and guiding them through signing over the phone
  • Keeping track of monthly statistics and sales figures
  • Completing necessary internal paperwork for processing new customer packages


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in telecoms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  •  Proficient in English, both written and verbal
