I have been at Kynex for over a year now and have met some great people. The atmosphere is very enjoyable and your always made to feel like you fit in. I like my role as it target lead and means I have something to work towards, I also get to speak to our new customers at the start of their customer journey. I would love to progress through the company in the future and see what else this job will bring.

I've been working here at Kynex for roughly 8 months now, the reason i applied was to put a foot in the door of sales and start what I'd hoped to be a long and sustainable career. Safe to say its done just that and more. As a company they encourage young ambitious employees who wish to pursue a career in sales by teaching the basics and encouraging promotions from a junior trainee all the way up to a sales executive. Joining Kynex has also no doubt improved my social skills as you're sat in an office full of young people all with the same ambitions which brings a level of healthy competition between everyone but also brings the whole office together as a team which is something I've personally never seen before in previous employment experiences.

Working at Kynex Has been The best year and a half. In my time here I've learnt and excelled in many ways, It has shaped me as a person and given me opportunities that I never would have had anywhere else. In this year I've become a sales executive, this promotion has given me the chance to take control of my own future here at Kynex and make me work harder for my promotions. It is a very rewarding company for hard working individuals.
